This gorgeous ruby red malt was initially aged for ten years in American Oak Barrels
before being re-racked into Ruby Port Pipes. The secondary maturation period futher
develops the depth of flavour and complexity, as well as bestowing a vibrant, rich
colour. Regular monitoring ensures perfect equilibrium between port and malt is
achieved whilst preserving the distillery characteristics.
